NEW THIS YEAR - Read below about submitting the Parental Consent Form with your Membership Form
The Membership Form must be completed and submitted with payment before any junior is permitted to compete in the events. This form must be accompanied by a payment of the $45 yearly membership fee using the Pay Pal link on the form. The online Parental Consent Form must be submitted at the same time that you submit this form. This can be found on the "Forms" page.
Please note that we do not have provisions for mail-in or personal delivery of membership or entry forms. These forms MUST be completed through our online registration process.
